Work With Me
AI Enablement
AI is a tool. The real work is learning how to use it well.
I help individuals, leaders, consultants and communicators develop a deliberate way of working with AI. One-to-one or small group. A process for building an AI workflow that actually fits your work.
The starting point is a limitation most people overlook: AI has no knowledge of your context unless you give it one. The quality of what you get out depends almost entirely on what you put in, and on how clearly you have defined what good looks like.
Most people skip that step. They open a tool, type something and hope. The results are generic, because the input was.
The work
We build a working system around your specific situation:
Context
What does the AI need to know about your work, your clients and your standards?
Baseline
What background knowledge, assumptions and information should it work from?
Output definition
What does useful output actually look like for you? What does bad output look like?
Evaluation
How do you assess what the AI produces, and improve it over time?
Human oversight
Where does your judgement stay in the process, and where does it have to?
The result is a repeatable way of working, not a one-off prompt that occasionally produces something good.
The quality of what you get out depends almost entirely on what you put in — and on how clearly you have defined what good looks like.
Training a team?
If you are looking to bring this kind of thinking to a whole team, that work happens through AI Content Ops, the venture I started with Anant Sabane. The proposition there is tailored to the organisation's technology stack and workflows, followed by a defined period of handholding to help people apply what they learned.
Training + context + implementation support.
